Standard delivery is 5-6 working days. Every order leaves the studio with tracking the moment it ships.

Orders above ₹2000 ship free within India. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen speed.
Returns are only accepted if the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. A full, uncut unboxing video is required for all return requests. No exceptions will be made without a complete unboxing video.

Open the returns portal using your order details, select the item(s) you wish to return, and submit your request. Once approved, further instructions will be provided.
Exchanges are only available for items that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect, and are subject to stock availability. If a replacement item is available, we will reserve it for you once your exchange request is approved.
Exchanges for size changes, preference changes, or any reason other than a damaged, defective, or incorrect item are not accepted.
